What do we learn from this passage? Matthew 7:28-8:4

• Hopelessness abounds everywhere and takes many forms. (Condition)

• God is omniscient, omnipresent, and omnipotent!  (Cure)

• Like the leper, we must worship the Lord.  (Humility)

• Like the leper, we must “ask, seek, and knock” if we are to experience the transforming power of God in our lives.  (Prayer)

• We are to gratefully and obediently witness to God’s grace and goodness in our lives.  (Glory to God)
