• God’s priorities are very different from human priorities. (Holy Spirit)

• A life of devotion is Holy Spirit led, honors the Lord Jesus, and glorifies God.

What do we learn from this passage?

1. Unbelievers refuse to accept God’s Word. (Wicked pride)
2. Unbelievers want believers to prove the deity of Christ. (Sign seekers)
3. Unbelievers spread false doctrines throughout the world. (Confusion)
4. Spiritual revelation and insight are gifts from God to the Church.
5. The Church belongs to Christ and has been empowered to fulfill His will.
6. The Church is to be always faithful to her Lord!
